Reservation guide

 The first thing you'll need to do is decide which day you will need moving services.  Make sure you have signed all documents and have full access to your new residence or storage. Request the day off from work. Reserve the service elevator in advance to ensure availability and easy access for your  moving company. 

 We encourage you to research and compare local moving companies in your area.  Take into account who offers specials, and when the specials might be offered.  Our specials can be found on our home page, but you can always request a rate quote via email or telephone. We offer a simple pricing structure and you will never be hit with any surprise charges on the day of the move - that is our guarantee!

 If we prove to be the right company for you, please complete our online service agreement found on the policies page before giving us a call to finalize your reservation. We will require a non refundable $100 deposit to hold the reservation. Once the deposit is received an automated text and email confirmation will be sent to reconfirm all the details. 

 Our movers will handle the preparation of all the furniture. It is your responsibility to prepare your boxes and home before the movers arrive.  You can reference the policies page for details regarding our service including our insurance policy. All valuable should be moved prior to our arrival. You must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty or forfeit of your deposit.
